 Key Responsibilities

Knowledge, Education, Skills and Experience

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience developing directly on the ServiceNow platform. 

  • Core Processes: Strong knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request, Knowledge) and working knowledge of ITOM components (Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, Service Mapping). 
  • Advanced Modules: Demonstrated experience with CSM, Service Bridge, and ML Ops principles for AI model lifecycle management. 

  • Web Development: Experience with Service Portal development, including HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and Glide scripting.

• Execute programming, testing and development of new features, processes, and interfaces using technologies such as S/4HANA, SAP PI/PO, CPI, Fiori, EWM, MDG, GRC, and BFC
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specs using SAP best practices
• Develop technical documentation to support customisations and system changes
• Provide both corrective and proactive support on existing integrations (EDI, PI/PO, CPI)
• Assist with SAP system upgrades and support package implementations
• Ensure data security, proper authorisations, and information confidentiality in all technical implementations

What We’re Looking For
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP programming (including Object-Oriented ABAP)
• Proficient in ABAP 7.4/7.5 syntax, OOP, BAPIs, BADIs, User-Exits, CDS Views, Adobe Forms, and Smartforms
• Additional knowledge of IDOCs, Workflows, SAP PI/PO, Fiori, HCI, or EWM Framework is a strong plus
• Strong written and spoken English and Portuguese; Spanish or French a bonus
• Independent, proactive and curious mindset with a passion for technical problem solving
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style

Are you an experienced SAP FICO professional ready for your next challenge? A leading global manufacturing organisation is undergoing rapid growth and building a brand-new SAP team to support its international expansion. We’re looking for a Senior SAP FICO Specialist to help shape and deliver finance transformation through SAP S/4HANA.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role offering the opportunity to work across a complex, global SAP landscape. You\'ll be part of a collaborative and agile team, supporting the finance and controlling functions across multiple regions and business units. While the role is primarily remote, some international travel may be required.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and optimisation of SAP FICO solutions across financial and controlling processes.
  • Consult with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective, scalable solutions.
  • Take ownership of SAP finance-related projects including configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Ensure seamless integration of FICO with other SAP modules such as SD, MM, PP, and LE.
  • Manage small to medium SAP delivery projects, collaborating with technical and functional teams.
  • Participate in testing activities and provide post-implementation support.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the continuous improvement of SAP finance capabilities.
  • Evaluate enhancements and provide recommendations on financial best practices.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure full compliance with internal and external financial controls.

What you’ll bring:

  • Deep hands-on configuration experience with SAP FICO across modules including General Ledger, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, Product Costing, Cost Centre Accounting, Profitability Analysis, and COPA.
  • Expert understanding of financial and controlling processes with the ability to advise on SAP best practices.
  • Integration knowledge across other SAP modules (SD, MM, PP, LE, etc).
  • Experience with SAP Closing Cockpit, Electronic Bank Statement Workbench, VIM solutions, Concur T&E, and RE-FX (IFRS 16).
  • Involvement in at least two full lifecycle SAP implementations.
  • Experience working in international and matrix environments.
  • S/4HANA certification
