Key Skills + Experience
- SAP QM module expertise including configuration, deployment, and support across manufacturing and commercial units.
- Managing global SAP template rollouts, including bespoke enhancements and business alignment.
- Total Quality Management (TQM) with a focus on process standardisation, efficiency, and compliance.
- SAP project quality assurance and validation within regulated environments (FDA, ISO9000, 21 CFR Part 11).
- Business analysis for production and quality modules, with end-to-end process mapping.
- Hands-on experience integrating SAP with external systems and tools (e.g., ITSM Remedy, Change Management).
- Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Managing stakeholder relationships and cross-functional teams across global project landscapes.
