• Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management – Collaborated with leadership, SMEs, and IT teams to ensure successful SAP implementations.
• Process Optimisation & Performance Tracking – Applied Lean Six Sigma principles to enhance training efficiency and measure effectiveness through KPIs.
