  • SAP HR Core Modules: Configuring and supporting Personnel Administration (PA), Organisational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll (PY), and Travel Management.
  • Payroll Configuration: Configuring wage types, pay scales, and creating customized payroll schemas.
  • Integration Experience: Integrating SAP HR with SAP FI and other modules, including resolving replication errors and managing data integration issues.
  • SuccessFactors Integration: Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors integration, specifically related to employee data replication between SAP ECC and SuccessFactors.
  • Project Management & Leadership: Led various SAP HR projects from blueprinting through to post-go-live support, including stakeholder management and team leadership.
  • Change Management & Support: Analysing and resolving change requests, managing SAP HR support tickets, and delivering support during payroll processing.
  • Data Migration & Tools: LSMW for data migration, as well as providing ongoing support for legacy system transitions to SAP.
  • Testing & Training: Developed testing strategies and UAT plans, and provided end-user training across multiple SAP HR modules.
