Key Skills + Experience
- SAP SD Configuration & Implementation – Expertise in order processing, pricing, billing, and rebates.
- Business Analysis & Process Optimization – Blueprinting, requirement gathering, and translating business needs into SAP solutions.
- SAP Integration & EDI – Experience with IDOCs, intercompany processes, and integrating SAP SD with MM, FI, and CRM.
- Testing & Quality Assurance – Proficient in system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
- SAP Master Data Management – Configuration of customer, material, and pricing master data.
- Technical Debugging & Troubleshooting – Ability to read ABAP, debug issues, and work closely with developers.
- SAP Upgrades & Enhancements – Experience in system upgrades, regression testing, and SAP version migrations.
- Training & Stakeholder Management – Conducting SAP SD training for key users, mentoring teams, and liaising with business stakeholders.
