• SAP Global Rollouts & Template Design – Led SAP global deployments, template design, and rollout projects across EMEA, ensuring standardised and scalable solutions.
• Data Migration & Master Data Management – SAP data migration strategies, validation, and maintaining data integrity for customer and supplier records.
• SAP Digital Integration & EDI Support – Hands-on experience integrating SAP with e-commerce platforms, managing EDI transactions, and supporting digital transformation initiatives.
• SAP Pricing & Order Management – Configuring complex pricing models, managing service-based orders, and streamlining OTC processes.
• SAP Training & User Support – SAP user training, developed training manuals, and provided ongoing support to ensure smooth system adoption.
• Test Planning & Go-Live Support – Led UAT, cutover activities, and post-go-live support for SAP implementations across multiple industries.
• Change Management & Process Improvement – Process enhancements, workshops, and managing SAP-related change initiatives for business efficiency.
