- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll processes and functions
- Data migration, mass uploads, and data management within SAP SuccessFactors
- SuccessFactors People Analytics, Performance & Goals, and Variable Pay
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Supporting SAP SuccessFactors testing, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support
