• Change management and business transformation, including process design, testing, and user adoption.
• Running test scripts, integration testing, regression, and UAT on SAP systems.
• SAP SD billing processes, troubleshooting, and supporting automated billing job resolution.
• SAP Master Data best practice training for new users and cross-functional teams.
• Managing large-scale SAP data migration projects and ensuring smooth go-live transitions.
