  • Payroll & HR Administration Outsourcing – Led SAP HR system transitions for payroll outsourcing, including data migration and third-party integrations.
  • SAP Fiori & Employee Self-Service (ESS/MSS) – Hands-on experience in implementing and customising SAP Fiori portals.
  • Project Management & Change Implementation – Successfully managed SAP HR projects, including system transitions, risk assessments, and automation initiatives.
  • SAP HR User Training & Support – Delivered SAP training at all levels, end-user adoption and system optimisation.
  • HR IT Systems & Data Migration – Mass data uploads, SAP transaction execution, and implementing SAP HR process improvements.
