  • SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) - SME in scoping and solving business requirements for SAP C4C, particularly in HR ticketing and service support.

  • Change and Release Management - Extensive experience managing change and release processes, ensuring that changes meet KPI’s and governance criteria, and overseeing deployments in DevOps environments.

  • System Maintenance and Configuration - Skilled in system maintenance tasks such as SAP SuccessFactors upgrades, environment requests, and system refreshes, including IAS configuration for BIZX.

  • Business Process Analysis - Strong ability to analyse business requirements, create solution designs, and write functional specifications, ensuring clear communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.

  • Data Migration and Integration - Data Migration SME, handling the migration of SAP EP objects and facilitating SAP Cloud for Customer integrations with external systems like Concur and Reward Gateway.

  • Team Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement - Led teams of up to 7 associates, coordinating with business stakeholders, managing resource allocation, and ensuring smooth project execution from design to delivery.
