• SAP BRIM with hands-on experience in Subscription Order Management and end-to-end quote-to-cash flows
• SAP S/4HANA integration across billing, charging, and mediation components
• SAP CRM Service and Sales configuration in high-transaction customer service environments
• SAP IS-U / CCS for utilities, including customer care, service processes, and billing integration
• Cross-system integration between SAP CRM, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and third-party platforms
• Functional design, requirements engineering, and solution documentation for SAP programmes
• Testing, quality assurance, and defect resolution across implementation and AMS phases
• Business-process optimisation for subscription, service request, and customer lifecycle management
