SAP Retail integration and POS system interfacing using IDocs and data load tools.
End-to-end S/4 rollouts, upgrades, and support, including master data management via LSMW.
SAP O2C and P2P business process optimisation.
Managing SAP incident resolution, change requests, and functional support in multi-national environments.
Leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects with PMO methodologies and stakeholder coordination.
