- SAP security role design, vulnerability assessments, and compliance for on-premise and cloud systems.
- Delivery of S/4HANA system upgrades, conversions, and migrations with focus on stability and performance.
- Incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement in 24/7 SAP support models.
- SAP infrastructure management encompassing network, OS (Linux/Windows), hardware, backups, and AWS cloud services.
- Functional and technical collaboration for SAP landscape enhancements and custom development projects.
- Training, mentoring, and knowledge transfer for SAP Basis and cloud technology teams in multilingual, global settings.
