• Advanced ABAP development, custom enhancements and interface creation within PP, QM, PM, MM, SD, and S/4HANA modules
• Designing and optimising SAP forms using Adobe Forms, Smart Forms, and SAPscript for internal and external communication
• Implementing targeted customisations with high user acceptance and seamless integration into existing SAP landscapes
• Incident investigation and providing second-level support to ensure system stability and rapid issue resolution
• Developing business intelligence applications supporting planning and reporting functions
• SAP output management and document generation processes across diverse industries
• Conducting user training and coaching, enabling quick adoption of SAP tools and processes
• Proven ability to collaborate across multinational teams and adapt communication to multilingual environments
