- SAP Business Suite modules (FICO, MM, SD, CRM) and business process integration.
- Project quality assurance, RAID log management, and dependency tracking.
- Project roadmaps, budgets, and resource management for large-scale programs.
- Stakeholder communication and collaboration with business leaders, technical teams, and vendors.
- Leadership in directing cross-functional teams and ensuring project success.
- Strategic planning and execution of global SAP and non-SAP projects.
