Deep experience integrating SAP platforms during M&A, carve-outs, and global restructuring programmes
Oversight of SAP operating models, shared services, and follow-the-sun support structures across multiple continents
Strong alignment of SAP strategies with enterprise goals, including cost optimisation, compliance, and operational excellence
Proven ability to stabilise, harmonise, and consolidate SAP environments to reduce complexity and improve service performance
Governance leadership across SAP change, release, and service management frameworks within large global ecosystems
Adoption and support of SAP solutions underpinning Industry 4.0, smart factory initiatives, and advanced analytics
Vendor negotiation, contract rationalisation, and financial governance related to SAP support, hosting, licensing, and managed services
