• SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC landscapes, overseeing the planning, release, and change management for large-scale SAP systems.
• Managing SAP integration and interfaces across diverse business functions, ensuring smooth connectivity and data flow between systems.
• Release management and change control for SaaS solutions, including SAP BTP, SAP IBP, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Applying ITIL and ITSM methodologies to SAP service delivery, ensuring compliance, governance, and efficient incident and problem management.
• SAP testing and quality assurance, including managing test plans, scripts, and ensuring successful deployment through rigorous testing phases.
• Leadership of cross-functional teams, mentorship, and managing service providers to ensure optimal service delivery and continuous improvement.
• Proven track record in overseeing SAP system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes, minimizing impact on live operations and ensuring compatibility with external applications.
• Solid understanding of SAP security, risk management, and compliance within the ERP environment, maintaining system integrity and adhering to industry standards.
