• Architecting and delivering SAP EAM/PM solutions across global, multi-country programmes
• Designing SAP templates and managing full lifecycle rollouts for enterprise maintenance processes
• Integrating SAP logistics and maintenance modules with systems such as COMOS, SCADA, GIS, LIMS, and other external platforms
• Exoerience with Master data structures for equipment, functional locations, BOMs, work centres, routing/task lists, and maintenance plans
• Configuring and enhancing SAP CS/SAM processes for service management and customer service operations
• S/4HANA and ECC environments, including testing cycles, validation, upgrades, and functional architecture
• Creating functional specifications and overseeing technical developments to extend SAP capabilities
• Leading cross-functional, multicultural teams and coordinating process alignment, testing, and end-user enablement across global sites
