• Configuration and support of Employee Central core objects including MDF (Metadata Framework).
• Design and implementation of complex Time Management solutions including time off, time tracking, and timesheet valuations across multiple countries.
• Development and configuration of Integration Center and custom MDF objects for seamless data flows.
• Business Rule creation and maintenance for complex time valuation and HR policies.
• Workflow design and configuration to automate approvals and notifications.
• Role-Based Permissions setup ensuring secure access management within SAP SuccessFactors.
• Reporting expertise with Ad Hoc Reports, Online Report Designer (ORD), and People Analytics (People Stories).
• Data migration and employee data configuration supporting HCM integration and large-scale implementations.
