Incident management and support for Employee Central, Time-Off, Performance & Goal Management, and Learning Management modules.
Integration of SAP SuccessFactors with HR processes and ancillary systems.
Documentation and execution of change requests within SAP SuccessFactors.
Global HR process understanding and system optimization for multinational clients.
