Key Skills + Experience

Functional expertise in SAP Payroll, HCM, and Time Management modules
Strong background in system testing including SIT, UAT, regression, and parallel run validations
Experience in test planning, script development, and defect management using HP QC/ALM and Azure DevOps
Proven ability to lead test teams and manage payroll system upgrades and enhancements
Hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Payroll migrations and data reconciliations
Skilled in requirements analysis and process documentation for payroll and HR system changes
Familiarity with third-party integrations such as Kronos and other workforce/time management platforms
Effective business analysis and stakeholder collaboration, ensuring payroll solutions meet operational needs
