Expertise in integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST APIs and Azure-based solutions.
Implementation and optimisation of Sales Cloud to support strategic sales initiatives.
Leadership of Salesforce teams, including onboarding, training, and mentoring junior developers.
Automation of business processes through RPA integration and workflow customisation.
Use of Salesforce DevOps tools such as SFDX, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and Ant Migration Tool for deployment and version control.
Experience managing client projects, proposals, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, with hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence for project delivery.
