Key Skills + Experience
- Leadership of large SAP Centres of Excellence and multi-disciplinary teams across FI, CO, SD, MM, ABAP, PO, and BASIS.
- Delivery of end-to-end SAP implementations, upgrades, and complex migrations, including S/4HANA and HANA DB projects.
- Strong governance in SAP project portfolio management, budgeting, cost control, and risk management.
- Expertise in SAP Activate, ASAP, Agile, Scrum, PMP, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Design and execution of SAP technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business strategy.
- Management of SAP vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level performance.
- Deep knowledge of SAP localisation, fiscal compliance, and global template rollouts.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, change management, and ensuring regulatory compliance in SAP environments.
