Key Skills + Experience
- Advanced use of Apex classes, triggers, batchable and schedulable jobs for backend automation
- LWC, Aura framework, and Visualforce for user interface development
- Integrating external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
- Building and managing Flows, Process Builder logic, validation rules, and permission sets
- Functional expertise in both Sales Cloud (CPQ, lead management) and Service Cloud (case management, omnichannel support)
- CI/CD and deployment tools such as Copado and AutoRABIT
- SOQL for complex data handling and performance troubleshooting
- Holds multiple Salesforce certifications, including Platform Developer I, Administrator, App Builder, and AI Associate
