• SAP OTC processes, including sales order processing, billing, and pricing.
• SAP SD module expertise, with integration into eCommerce platforms and middleware.
• Data migration and transformation for multi-regional SAP rollouts, including S/4HANA data model changes.
• Writing and reviewing RICEF functional specifications, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Stakeholder collaboration, process flow definition, and business requirements analysis.
• Defect analysis, resolution coordination, and end-to-end testing support in ECC and S/4HANA.
• SAP upgrades, including ECC to S/4HANA migrations, middleware integration, and system enhancements.
• Fiori application design and deployment for enhanced user experience.
• Mentoring and leading teams of SAP consultants, business analysts, and testers.
