- Delivering complex multi-cloud Salesforce implementations.
- CRM strategy, user training, and stakeholder management.
- Skilled in automation using tools like Flow, with a focus on process efficiency.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, BI, and third-party systems.
- Comfortable owning Salesforce projects end-to-end, from build to post-launch support.
- Advanced user of Excel for CRM data analysis and reporting.
- Familiar with additional CRM tools including Veeva, Hubspot, and Zoho.
