- S/4HANA, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and go-live support.
- SAP Master Data migration, validation, and playback execution.
- Hands-on experience with RFUI configuration and warehouse automation integration.
- Delivered functional design documentation and supported process optimisation initiatives.
- Led user training programmes, developing materials and delivering onsite workshops.
- Supported issue resolution through cross-functional collaboration and system testing.
- SAP best practices, Fiori apps, and ongoing SAP Learning Hub training.
