• S/4HANA & SAP B1: Technical and functional knowledge in both platforms, including architectural planning and execution.
• Project Planning & Risk Management: Strong track record of delivering on-time and on-budget, with experience overseeing project scope, budgets, forecasts, and risks.
• Agile & Methodology Integration: Integrating agile processes and frameworks into traditional SAP delivery models.
• Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Cross-functional and international teams, while acting as a bridge between business units and IT.
• Pre-Sales & Solution Scoping: Led pre-sales initiatives, helping define strategic SAP solutions aligned to client needs.
• Process Design for Consumer Industries: Deep understanding of traceability, production management, inventory, and distribution processes, especially in food and consumer goods sectors.
• Advanced SAP Reporting Tools: SAP Crystal Reports, creating custom reports to support business performance and compliance tracking.
