Key Skills + Experience

• SAP S/4HANA EAM & PM: Asset lifecycle management, preventive and corrective maintenance, calibration, MRO procurement, and work clearance management.
• SAP PP (Discrete, REM, and Process Manufacturing): Configuration and implementation of Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order with Variant Configuration, MRP, subcontracting, and tolling models.
• SAP APO & IS-Auto: IPPE, Model Mix Planning, RPM, Core Interface (CIF), and sequencing; integration with ECC for production planning and scheduling.
• SAP QM: Implementation of quality processes across procurement, in-process, stock, and customer returns; configuration of inspection plans and dynamic modification rules.
• SAP MII & Shop Floor Integration: Development of shopfloor dashboards, production order confirmations, and integration with SCADA, PLC, and industrial printers using CPI and SFTP.
• Cross-Module Expertise: Strong working knowledge of EWM, SD (ATP, scheduling agreements), MM (MRP, purchasing), and FICO integration.
• Data & Testing Tools: LSMW, HPQC, Solution Manager, and ARIS for process mapping, impact analysis, and UAT facilitation.
• Project Leadership: End-to-end involvement in SAP RISE deployments, solution design validation, cutover planning, and operational reporting using SAC.
