  • Proven leadership in SAP application support, service delivery, and stakeholder management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a methodical approach
  • Hands-on experience with testing, documentation, training, and end-user adoption
  • Skilled in managing incident resolution, service SLAs, and continuous service improvement
  • Effective communicator, able to build collaborative relationships across business and IT teams
  • Familiar with integration, external system interfaces, SAP Personas, Fiori, and ServiceNow
