Key Skills + Experience
- SAP experience across ECC and S/4HANA, including cross-module expertise (MM, PP, WM, SD, FI/CO, etc.)
- Proven leadership in SAP application support, service delivery, and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a methodical approach
- Hands-on experience with testing, documentation, training, and end-user adoption
- Skilled in managing incident resolution, service SLAs, and continuous service improvement
- Effective communicator, able to build collaborative relationships across business and IT teams
- Familiar with integration, external system interfaces, SAP Personas, Fiori, and ServiceNow
