• SAP Payroll (UK, Global, International): Delivering payroll solutions and managing BAU enhancements across complex legal and business environments.
• SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP): EC to Payroll replication, PCC configuration, and payroll process optimisation.
• SuccessFactors Time Management: Hands-on implementation of Time Off and Time Sheet modules, including business rules, MDF objects, and integrations.
• SAP HCM (ECC & S/4HANA): Time Management, Personnel Administration, Compensation Management (ECM), and legal maintenance cycles.
• SAP Data Migration & Cutover: Led HR/Payroll data extraction, cleansing, and transformation activities across multiple countries and projects.
• Testing & QA: SIT, UAT, Parallel Payroll Testing, and test plan creation aligned to payroll and time workflows.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Workshop Facilitation: Led workshops with SMEs, gathered requirements, performed fit-gap analysis, and delivered blueprint documentation.
• SAP Integrations: Delivered interfaces between SAP HR/Payroll and third-party systems, supporting seamless end-to-end HR operations.
