  • SAP Data Migration & Cutover: Led HR/Payroll data extraction, cleansing, and transformation activities across multiple countries and projects.
  • Testing & QA: SIT, UAT, Parallel Payroll Testing, and test plan creation aligned to payroll and time workflows.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Workshop Facilitation: Led workshops with SMEs, gathered requirements, performed fit-gap analysis, and delivered blueprint documentation.
  • SAP Integrations: Delivered interfaces between SAP HR/Payroll and third-party systems, supporting seamless end-to-end HR operations.
