  • Configuring and customising workflows, business rules, and localisation settings within SAP SuccessFactors.
  • EC integrations with local payroll systems using middleware (Dell Boomi).
  • Led global transformations and migrations from Workday to SAP SuccessFactors for large multinational clients.
  • Role-specific training and documentation for HRIS, Talent Acquisition, and business users.
  • SuccessFactors quarterly releases and change requests, ensuring system alignment with client processes.
  • Supporting data migration activities including foundation object setup and employee data imports.
  • Acted as a functional lead across cross-functional teams to deliver scalable HR technology solutions.
