Key Skills + Experience

• SAP Basis administration, user management, transport management (STMS/CHARM), client copy, and system monitoring across ECC, BW, CRM, PI, and Portal systems.
• SAP HANA administration, installation, upgrades (HANA 1.0 to 2.0), client refreshes, backup and recovery, and handling alerts/incidents.
• SAP system upgrades and migrations using SUM and SWPM tools for support pack stacks, kernels, and version transitions across HR, PI, and BW systems.
• SAP Security configuration and SSL certificate renewals, including digitally signed note implementation, EWA alert resolution, and vulnerability patching.
• SAP Solution Manager configuration and EWA reporting setup (LMDB, ST-PI, ST/A-PI upgrades).
• Hands-on experience with SAP performance tuning, job scheduling, spool administration, and root cause analysis of system issues.
• SAP HANA and Oracle database administration, including patching, backup strategies, monitoring, and client upgrades.
• BOBJ, FIM, and BFC components for system refreshes, patching, and support tasks within SAP financial reporting environments.
