• SuccessFactors Learning (SAP Certified): Delivered multiple full-cycle implementations and multiple enhancements with integration to EC and 3rd-party content providers.
• Onboarding 2.0 & IAS/IPS: Led end-to-end implementations, including integrations with OpenText, DocuSign, and WorkZone.
• People Analytics & Reporting: Expert in Canvas, Story, and Table reports across all major SF modules.
• SAP Module Configuration: Hands-on experience with EC, Performance Management, and Recruiting from a backend and support perspective.
• System Integration: SuccessFactors integrations (via Integration Center) and connecting multiple modules to external platforms.
• LMS Strategy & Implementation: LMS architecture and rollout, including Kallidus, Moodle, and Assima.
• Training Leadership: Training needs analysis, learning strategies, and stakeholder education for large-scale SAP implementations.
• Global Project Management: Leading international SAP projects with stakeholder engagement, issue resolution, and team mentoring.
