Cross-Module Integration: Third-party integration - SAP CPI, IDOC, and EDI interfaces, supporting both on-prem and cloud scenarios.
SAP BRIM & Public Sector Billing: Hands-on expertise with SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (SOM, CI, CC) and FICA-PSCD, particularly in healthcare and utilities domains.
SAP CPI & BTP: CPI WebUI, XML/JSON transformations, SOAP integrations, API management, and B2B interface development using pallets and adapters.
O2C & P2P: Advanced knowledge of logistics, billing, shipping, pricing, and contracts.
Leadership & Project Management: Led delivery and consulting teams, managed sprint cycles and retrospectives, and acted as a single point of contact for major functional tracks.
Clinical and Industrial Sector Focus: Delivered SAP solutions for aerospace manufacturing, hospitals, pharmaceuticals, and energy sectors with specialised configurations in IS-H and IMRO.
Functional & Technical Alignment: Creating detailed functional specs, coordinating with ABAP developers, conducting SIT/UAT, and ensuring production support and month-end closure.
