• Logistics & Outbound Management – Managed order fulfillment, goods issue, picking, packing, loading, and shipping to ensure smooth warehouse execution.
• Inventory Control & Stock Movement – Developed storage strategies for bulk inventory, high-value products, and temperature-sensitive goods, optimizing warehouse flow.
• System Integration & Automation – Integrated SAP EWM with legacy systems using technologies like IDOCs, ABAP Proxy, and QRFC queue processing for seamless data exchange.
• RF & Barcode Technology – Implemented RF scanners, barcode solutions, and handling unit management to improve warehouse tracking and efficiency.
• Testing, Change Management & Training – Led testing, system migration, SAP enhancements, and user training, ensuring smooth adoption and operational stability.
