SAP FICO Analyst
circa £65,000 + Bonus & benefits
West Yorkshire / Hybrid

Are you ready to step into a high-impact SAP FICO role with a business that\'s already live on the latest version of S/4HANA?

Maslow Associates is hiring on behalf of a well-established, forward-thinking organisation undergoing further systems transformations. You’ll join a close-knit SAP team that punches well above its weight — with direct exposure to decision-makers and genuine influence over the future of the SAP landscape.

This is more than just a support role. As the FICO SME, you’ll be at the heart of finance systems design and continuous improvement — helping shape how SAP enables key business processes across the group.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading on SAP FICO configuration, testing and support
  • Owning change requests and creating high-quality functional specifications
  • Acting as the FICO Subject Matter Expert across ongoing transformation projects
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure strong integration with SD, MM and PS
  • Providing hands-on support and guidance to business users, escalating where necessary
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong SAP FICO design, configuration and testing experience
  • S/4HANA preferred, but by no means essential
  • Solid understanding of core finance processes and how SAP supports them
  • Integration knowledge across modules such as SD, MM and PS
  • Confident working with stakeholders to understand business needs and shape solutions
  • Excellent team player is a must as you\'ll be joining a fantastic team of people.
  • Excellent analytical and documentation skills

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a stable, modern business that invests in both people and technology — with an open-door culture and a genuine focus on learning and innovation.

Please note: Applicants requiring visa sponsorship or holding short-term visas cannot be considered for this role.

Want to find out more? Get in touch — we’d love to tell you more about the business and opportunity.

North West England / Hybrid
Permanent | Early Finish Fridays
Up to £65,500 including car allowance

Looking for a role where you can truly own the testing strategy for a global ERP landscape?

Maslow Associates is partnered with a fast-moving, consumer-driven organisation. With a trusted product portfolio in every home and a presence across key global markets, this is a business that’s proud of its heritage, but firmly focused on the future.

They’ve got a bold S/4HANA roadmap kicking off in the near future — and they’re looking for an experienced SAP Test Lead to take the reins and ensure testing excellence across all phases of delivery.

What’s in it for you?

  • Join a lean, agile team where your voice counts
  • Own and refine the test strategy, tools, and frameworks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple regions
  • Get stuck into a broad SAP landscape (ECC6, BW on HANA, SCM and differing applications)
  • Play a key role in shaping the company’s S/4HANA journey from the ground up
  • Flexible hybrid working & early finish Fridays

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading end-to-end testing across SAP and integrated enterprise applications
  • Developing test plans, strategies, and scripts based on business needs
  • Managing defects and ensuring timely resolution across the full lifecycle
  • Working closely with business stakeholders and third-party delivery teams
  • Implementing robust QA processes and championing best practice
  • Supporting change initiatives and driving continuous improvement

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Test Lead in a complex SAP environment, or with solid ERP Testing and Business Process Knowledge
  • Experience with test management tools, automation, and integrated landscapes
  • Confident managing global testing teams and cross-functional stakeholders
  • A structured, strategic mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
  • Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies

This is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark in a business that’s investing heavily in technology and transformation — with the autonomy to shape how testing is done.

Apply now to find out more and take the next step in your ERP career.
